Well you may or may not be familiar with the topography of Counties Monaghan and Cavan – they are known as The Drumlin Counties and my (and my wife’s) newly acquired Kalkhoff electric bikes from CircuitCycles certainly has given us a new and exciting means to explore these wonderful hills and valley’s with effortless ease. I am delighted with my Kalkhoff. I live in Blanchardstown and work in the city centre. More often than not the daily commuting time was too unreliable, and with small children I needed more dependable journey times. Before I bought the bike I was wondering was cycling for me? Now I know it is with a little help from the battery. I am getting good exercise but not exhausted coming home up the “big hill” in the Phoenix Park – which is a lovely commute to work by the way.
